With over 20 years Quality Management experience as an Auditor, Audit Standards Manager and Quality Manager in various sectors I've seen what works and what doesn’t.

The work I produce for you is yours and yours alone. We protect each other with a simple easy to read non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before we do any work together.

Am I locked into using you for future updates?

Short answer - no.I use no specialist software and you're free to come and go as you please.

All my output can be updated by you if needed with standard office software.

When you want to update your documents you have a choice,

either do it yourselves - or;
come back to me - you're always welcome.

What are your typical rates?

£15 / hour is a starting point.

Depending on the type of work we can agree;

An hourly or daily rate.
A rate per page, per document or document set.

It's up to you but remember - you have to be happy.

How frequently should I update my documents?

Thats up to you, the document type, applicable standards you may be using and any legislation or industry best practice that might apply but its something we can discuss.

Do we have to meet?

That's up to you. As always, you have the choice.

Time is money and physical meetings although great, usually involves travel time so most of the work done by Content by Dignan is over the internet.
